Da Propane Man was founded in 2019 with a simple goal: to provide a reliable, friendly propane service that customers can truly count on.

 

Our owner, Hugo, and his wife Heidi, came to the United States from South Africa with the American dream and a strong entrepreneurial spirit. After years of pursuing various business ventures and experiencing firsthand what it was like to be a propane customer - they saw a clear need in the industry: dependable service, honest pricing, and a company that treats customers like family. So, they built one.

 

Today, Da Propane Man is proudly a true family-owned and operated business. Hugo and his son, Luke, handle the technical and delivery side of the operation, ensuring safe, timely, and professional service in the field, while his wife, Heidi, and their daughter,  Jessica, manage the office and marketing, making sure every customer experience is smooth from start to finish.

 

Hugo's nickname, "Da Man," came from our last name, Dammann. When choosing a business name, 'Da Propane Man' was an easy and fitting choice.
